- We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards/certificates are non-returnable.
- To complete your return, please contact us first so we can get started on the return or exchange process.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase, customer’s name and address, as well as a note with the order number and a brief, clear description of the reason for return. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly document returns.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Product with obvious signs of use;
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- If you have NOT yet received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
- If you still have not received your refund and require additional assistance, please contact us at email@example.com.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for one year (12 months from the date of purchase). If you need to exchange any product for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was NOT marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund ONLY to the gift giver and will notify them of your return.
- After 30 days, customer must return the products at their own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75.00 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for goods lost, missing or damaged en route by the return shipping companies.
- International Return Policy: Theres no free shipping to return the products from international sales. Shipping costs and carrier you use to return merchandise for international sales (UPS, FedEx, USPS,etc.) are up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as absurda.com is not responsible for lost return packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
