Characterized by its cool modernist architecture, thriving food scene, trendy indie rock venues, and ubiquitous coffee, vintage and record stores, this Eastside neighborhood is awash with young artists, musicians and actors.
The Villa Crespo neighbourhood area of Buenos Aires, which borders Palermo Soho and, like Palermo, got filled with young people, bars and restaurants, which is now called Palermos queens, in allusion to a peripheral neighbourhood of NY.
A residential, family neighbourhood, located in the north of Buenos Aires area with large colonial houses. Trees of huge trunks and canopies, pavements without kerbs, boulevards and dead end streets are common. It is a young and cheerful neighbourhood, with children playing on sidewalks and cycling. Less is sometimes more.
